Repro:
1. Launch Editor
2. Navigate to Manage License dialog
3. Go to My Account > Upgrade license
4. Observe user is moved to https://store.unity3d.com/account/users
Desired behavior: link goes to https://id.unity.com/en/organizations/<org_name>/subscriptions or to the store.unity.com
