[LineRenderer] Line renderer bounds are not updating when rotating/moving their transform
1. Open TrailLineRenderer scene from attached project.
2. Press Play
3. Switch to Scene view and observe how the bounds of the Local Alignment test don't update as the transform is rotated. (gif attached)
Expected outcome: line renderer bounds to update as the transform changes
Notes:
- Not a regression, happens also before the line/trail renderer updates in 5.4.2p2
