[Linear] Directional specular lightmaps are broken after opening project which had Library folder deleted
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "819301.zip"
2. Open scene "myLightScene"
3. Bake lightmap. Make sure that color space is Linear and lightmap mode is Directional Specular
4. Close project and delete Library project
5. Reopen scene and notice different results than before closing project
