Line Renderer's 'Simplify Preview' does not update the line until the mouse cursor enters the Scene View
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Create a new Effects > Line in the Scene
3. In the Inspector click the + button and add more complexity
4. Untoggle the + button and check the 'Simplify' checkbox
Expected result: the simplified result is visible in the Scene view immediately
Actual result: the simplified result is only visible after hovering the mouse over the Scene view
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0f1, 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0a11, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.3.0b12, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a9
Notes:
The tolerance value changes are also affected by this issue
