[LWRP] LightWeight Rendering Pipeline shadows are broken in VR when Renderscale is not 1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Set RenderScale to anything other than 1 in LightweightAsset
3. Enter Playmode in VR
Expected result: shadows are fine
Actual result: shadows are placed completely out of place
