[Lights] Lights ignoring layers crashes the build
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and import attached project.
2. Build and run.
3. Play the build with any resolution.
4. Click anywhere in the game window.
Result:
The game stops responding or sometimes a crash message appears.
Notes: On editor no crash.
