Lights (except Directional) are not rendered on GameObjects when the queue is set to All Opaque
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-49943_bug2.zip“
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene“
3. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Light is rendered on the “Cube“ GameObject
Actual result: No light is rendered on the “Cube“ GameObject
Reproducible with: 2022.2.3f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0b4
Not reproducible on: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.2.2f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: Reproducible in Player

I set the injection point earlier and it doesn't work.

Resolution Note:
For an opaque object to receive correct lighting, it needs to write depth before light list building.
In the project, the custom pass injection is before transparent, which is after opaque rendering so behavior is expected.
To fix your issue you should either use a transparent material with transparent renderqueue, or set the injection point earlier
