Lightmaps are different in build when building with a Lightmap size 1024 or bigger
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "TestLightMap.zip"
2. Build the project
3. Open the project that was built
4. Compare how the scene looks in the build and in the Editor
Expected result: Scene looks the same
Actual result: Scene looks different
Reproducible with - 2018.3.10f1, 2019.1.0b8, 2019.2.0a8
Notes: Could not test on 2017.4.24f1 because the project did not load correctly.
