Baked directional lightmaps are not fetched correctly with custom lightmap script
Steps for reproduction:
1. Download and open the LightmapInstancedPrefabs project from the comments section
2. Open BakeLightmapPrefabs scene
3. Switch Directional mode from Non-Directional to Directional
4. Bake the scene through "Assets -> Bake Prefab Lightmaps" script
5. Open LightmapInstances scene
6. Enter play mode
Notes:
- Expected result: the scene doesn't light up so much when in Play mode
- Reproduced in 5.6.1f1, 2017.1.0p2, 2017.2.0b4, 2017.3.0a1
- Could not check for regression due to many different errors in the console
- The issue occurs across both backends (Enlighten, PLM)
