[Lighting] Window flickers on changing "Max Lightmap Size" value when "Auto Generate" lighting is enabled
When Auto Generate Lighting is enabled, and the value of "Max Lightmap Size" OR "Lightmap Padding" OR "Lightmap Padding" is changed then it causes Lighting Window to Flicker, refer attached video.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Window > Rendering > Lighting
3. Enable Auto Generate Lighting
4. Change the value of "Max Lightmap Size" OR "Lightmap Padding" OR "Lightmap Padding" from Lightmap Settings
Actual Result:
Lighting window flickers on changing "Max Lightmap Size" and "Lightmap Padding" value when Auto Generate lighting is enabled
Expected Result:
Value of "Max Lightmap Size" OR "Lightmap Padding" OR "Lightmap Padding" is changed gracefully

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
The area at the bottom gets a lot of info when a bake is in progress. This doesn't look that odd if the bake takes a bit longer to finish, but it does flicker now.
