Lighting is affected when selecting material on Project view and Inspector window is in focus/visible
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by tester (lightingIssue.zip)
2. Open "main" scene if not open
3. Select "test" material in Project Browser
4. Observe the scene view
5. Deselect material
6. Observe the scene view
7. Repeat 3 - 6 with Inspector window open
8. Repeat 3 - 6 with Inspector window closed
Expected: the lighting is not affected by selecting material
Actual: the lighting is disabled and enabled when selecting and deselecting the material

Did not reproduce in 5.6.1f1, 2017.1.0b1
