[URP] Light2D.shapepath stays the same when changed in script in Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project ("BugRepLight2d.zip")
2. Build and Run the project
3. Press and hold the right arrow key
Expected result: Light shape changes and stops at the wall when it collides with the wall
Actual result: Light shape doesn't change when it collides with the wall and goes through
Reproducible with: 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0b3(7.0.0 - 10.0.0.preview-26)
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1(URP did not exist yet)
Note: Bug does not reproduce in Editor

Resolution Note (fix version 11.0.0):
Fixed in UniversalRP version 11.0.0 which is available in Unity 2021.1.0a8 and up
