Regression
No
Light Type/Mode changes are not undone with "Ctrl+Z" shortcut when edited from Lighting Search window
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project using Universal 3D template
- Go to Windows > Rendering > Lighting Search
- Observe the "Directional Light" GameObject in the search list
- In the "Type" or "Mode" columns, click on the dropdown and change to any other option
- Click Ctrl+Z to undo
- Observe the behaviour
Actual results: Asset modification is not registered in the Undo actions history, and the action is not undone
Expected results: The change to the dropdown option (Type/Mode) is registered in Undo and is reverted when pressing Ctrl+Z
Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a9
Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.69f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a7 (Lighting Search Window with such columns not available)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
{}Notes:{}{}{}
- Other properties in Lighting Search (Range/Color/Color Temperature) undo correctly
- Undo works correctly for the same property edits when performed in the Inspector
