[Light] Shadows aren't affected when switching Shadow Type from Hard to Soft Shadows
Hard shadows being rendered instead of soft shadows while changing shadow type to "Soft Shadows" in the inspector on Mac OS.
Steps to repro:
1. Open attached project.
2. Select Directional Light.
3. Change Shadow Type to "Soft Shadows" in the inspector.
Observe that only Hard Shadows are rendered.
Reproducible on:
2018.1.0b13.
Working Fine on:
2018.1.0b12, 2018.1.0b11.
Environment:
Occurring only on Mac 10.13.
NOTE:
1. Happens with any new project on 2018.0.b13.
2. Occurring with OpenGLES3, OpenGLSE2 and Metal Graphics APIs.
