Light Probe Group cells from the active Scene are still displayed when in Prefab Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (LightProbeBug)
2. Navigate to the Assets/Prefabs folder
3. Open one of the prefabs in Prefab Mode
4. Select the 'Light Probe Group' child GameObject
Expected result: Light Probe Group connections from the active scene are not displayed
Actual result: Light Probe Group connections from the active scene are still displayed
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a6, 2018.3.14f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a13
Could not test with: 2017.4.26f1, 2018.3.0a5(Prefab Mode not yet implemented)

- Rotation tool Gizmo is stuck in the Scene View when unchecking/checking the "Orient" node in the VFX Graph and the Scene view is visible
