Light is not baked on Light Probes when Lighting is baked in Mixed mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an empty project and import a package from ownCloud
2. Search for "Subway 2" Scene
3. In the Hierarchy window select "IngameLobby"
4. Navigate inside the GameObject in the Scene
-- Inside there is a Light Probe Group which has a very dark Lighting baked to it
Expected results: Light Probes are Grey/White from the Light baked on them from the surrounding Light Sources
Actual results: Light Probes are mostly black even if there are multiple Light sources
Reproducible with: 2017.4.27f1, 2019.3.0a2
Note: If the GameObject with its Light Probes is exported to a new Scene, the Light will be baked correctly
