Light from spot and point lights is not visible when rendering to the right side of a texture
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download and open attached project "RenderToRect.zip"
2) Open scene "RenderToRect"
3) Press play
Actual result: Half of the screen is unlit (right side) https://gyazo.com/2a0d43ea266436b257b5b9f0c7365d6f
Expected: Everything is lit evenly, just like in the left part
Tested and reproduced on:
Windows 10
Unity 5.6.1p2, 2017.2.0a3
Could not test on 5.5 or prior due to various changes in Unity.
