Light baking gets stuck in a infinite loop when unloading a light baked scene if you have another scene open
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "LightBaking_20052021.zip"
2. Open SampleScene_A
3. Click Window > Rendering > Lighting > Generate Lighting
4. Drag and Drop SampleScene_B into the Scene Hierarchy
5. Right-click on SampleScene_A in the Scene Hierarchy and select Unload Scene
Expected result: No light baking starts on its own, scene gets unloaded
Actual result: Light baking starts on its own and gets stuck in a loop
