Hi,
Some additional info: if I turn off backing in 2019.1.0a8 then all materials with the "Lightweight Render Pipeline/Lit" shader are purple and the whole scene is purple.
Thanks.

Hi,
When I look at the include paths in some hlsl code e.g.
....\Library\PackageCache\com.unity.render-pipelines.lightweight@5.0.0-preview\Shaders\LitInput.hlsl
they point to directories that do not exist in the project as generated by Unity when creating it from the LWRP for VR template:
#include "Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.lightweight/ShaderLibrary/Core.hlsl"
#include "Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.core/ShaderLibrary/CommonMaterial.hlsl"
#include "Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.lightweight/ShaderLibrary/SurfaceInput.hlsl"
could that be the reason for the purple materials or am I not understanding the hlsl include mechanisms?
Thanks
