[LWRP] Light 2D options are not disabled in context menu and do nothing after a selection
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Package Manager and install LWRP 6.7.1
3. Right-click in Hierarchy tab -> Light -> 2D -> and select one of the Light 2D options
Expected result: Options are disabled
Actual result: Nothing happens after selecting them
Reproducible: 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a5
Can't reproduce: 2019.2.0a1, 2019.2.0a2 because Light 2D option does not appear
Notes:
- Experimental 2D Lights introduced in LWRP 6.7.1 which is available in 2019.2
- Light 2D options are disabled when creating GO from the top menu
