Licence text in the About Unity window is cut off
Some licence text in the About Unity (Credits) window is cut off and cannot be read.
1. Open Unity
2. Create a new project with any settings
3. Go to Help > About Unity
4. Inspect the window
Expected Result:
All text should be readable.
Actual Result:
Some text is cut off and cannot be read.
Tested on Windows.
Reproduced on 2019.3.0a4, 2019.3.0a3
Cannot reproduce on 2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.0b3
