Letters appear and disappear in InputField when typing in Korean letters with CharacterValidation.Integer enabled

Reproduction steps: 

1. Open the attached “Letters” project 

2. Open "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Change your keyboard to the Korean language
5. Look at the Game View
6. Enter Korean consonants or vowels into the InputField (for example: D, F, G, H, J, K, L on your keyboard)



Expected result: No letters appear

Actual result: Korean letters appear and override each other

Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0b10, 2023.2.0a8

Reproduced on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (M1 Max)
No reproduction on: Windows 10
