Lens flare is blurry when using linear color space
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project attached (LensFlares.zip)
2. Open scene "Test".
3. Look at Game window and you will see high quality flare light.
4. Change color space to linear.
Expected result: Lens Flare will look the same.
Actual result: Lens Flare is blurry.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0f3, 5.6.1p3, 2017.1.0b8, 2017.2.0a2.
