Legacy diffuse shader doesn't work with Progressive Lightmapper
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's project (Lightmap issue 2018.1b.zip)
2. Open scene "3B_scene.unity"
3. Bake lightmap using Progressive Lightmapper
Expected result: Every lightmap static item gets a lightmap
Actual result: Terrain patches don't get lightmapped(while using legacy diffuse shaders)
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0b5, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.2.0a1, 2018.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2018.2.0a3, 2018.2.0b1
Could not test with: 5.6, 2017.1, 2017.2, 2017.3, 2017.4, 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.0b4(Scene in question uses 2018.1 features - scene doesn't open on older Unity versions)
