Legacy AnimationClip cannot be deleted from Animation component's element list while Animation is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open the supplied project
2. Load scene "Example"
3. Select "Cube" in the Hierarchy window
4. Expand "Animations" under Animation component in the Inspector window
5. Try deleting "Element 1 - New Animation"
6. Observe what's happening
Expected result: AnimationClip is removed from Animation component's element list
Actual result: AnimationClip is moved to the next element
Reproducible with: 5.5.4p4, 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a7
