Left edge of the Inspector in the new Presets Window can be dragged out of its bounds
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project and open the new Presets Window for any Game Object and any Component
2. Turn on the Inspector and drag its left edge to the left as much as you can
Expected result: Edge stays in its maximum range
Actual result: The edge can be dragged over its maximum range
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a15
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.24f1, 2022.2.17f1 (The Presets window is old)
