Leaving Debug mode in Monodevelop does not revert the layout back to what it was before entering debug mode
To reproduce:
1. Enter debug mode in monodevelop
2. Leave debug mode in monodevelop
Expected result: Monodevelop's layout returns to what it was before entering debug mode
Actual result: The layout stays the same
