Learning templates assets are missing in scene and not rendered upon installation
How to reproduce:
- Create new HDRP project on 6000.4.0a3
- Navigate in Project Browser, right click > Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph
- In VFX template window, select Install Learning Templates
- After installation open HDRP_VFX_Learning_Templates scene
Actual result: Most of the assets are not rendered and missing
Expected result: Everything related to learning templates renders nicely
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0b6, 6000.4.0a3
Not reproducible with 6000.2.8f1

- happens with both URP and HDRP
