Learn projects do not let you choose a location to save the project
This is problematic because the main disk can often be a (low space) SSD. it can be "Kept" later, but the option should be present to begin with
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Unity Launcher
2. Go the Learn tab
3. Press Start on any of the tutorial projects.
Expected result: location select dialog opens up
Actual result: project is saved in Appdata Temp folders
Reproduced on 5.6.2p4, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b3
5.5. does not have the learn tab
