LayoutGroup.SetLayoutHorizontal/SetLayoutVertical not called in Edit mode unless the LayoutGroup script is refreshed
To Reproduce:
1. Open the attache project and select Panel in Canvas/Scrollrect
2. Change Direction in 'MultiLineLayout', notice that it uses an editor script 'MultiLineLayoutControlEditor' which uses the 'Direction' property to change the internal direction value, SetDirty() is called afterwards.
3. Notice that the layout is not changed unless you minimize the script (in inspector) or click on it.
