[GraphView] Layout update is struggling to process current layout when using 125% scale on certain resolutions
Reproduction steps:
1. Create an HDRP Project
2. Set UI Scale to 125% and restart the Editor
3. Create Visual Effect Graph
4. Create a Node -> System -> Simple Heads & Trails (System)
5. Move the created Nodes
6. Adjust the VFX Graph window size
Expected result: The Nodes are moved with no issues
Actual result: Console logs "Layout update is struggling to process current layout" error
Reproducible with: 8.0.1, 8.1.0 (2020.1.8f1), 10.0.0-preview.27 (2020.2.0b7, 2021.1.0a1)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.1 (2019.4.12f1)
Could not test with: 2018.4 (No UI Scaling)
Repro resolutions: 3840 x 2160, 1920 x 1080
No repro resolutions: 2560 x 1440
