Layout switches when pressing 'L' if there is a layout called " _personal"
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Window -> Layout -> Save Layout
3. Name it to " _personal" (with a space before the underscore)
4. Press 'L' on a keyboard
Expected result: Nothing happens
Actual result: Layout is changed to " _personal"
Reproducible with 2017.4.20f2, 2018.3.0a5
Not reproducible with 2018.3.0a6, 2019.1.0b3, 2019.2.0a5
Fixed in: 2018.3.0a6
