Layout is not valid unless the GameView is resized
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download this project https://www.dropbox.com/s/jwyhkbwh228uqft/Wrapped%20text%20is%20crushed%20after%20visibility%20toggle.zip?dl=1
2) Open SampleScene and enter playmode
3) Observe layout is broken
4) Resize window
5) Observe layout is fixed
Reproduced with com.unity.ui.runtime 0.0.4-preview and Unity 2020.1.0b4
Note: this issue manifests itself with the com.unity.ui.runtime package with 2020.1 but should also reproduce with com.unity.ui.
