LayerMaskField values are not saved when using UXML Template
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1183189.zip")
2. Select "Box" Game Object from Hierarchy window
3. In the Inspector window select Layer (Layer Mask Field) value to Water
4. Close selected Game Object and select it again
Expected result: Selected LayerMaskField value was saved
Actual result: Selected LayerMaskField value was not saved
Reproducible in: 2019.2.5f1, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a4
Could not test in: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.8f1 (Due to errors in a project)
