LayerMask ignores custom tooltips and labels in the Inspector when using the [Tooltip] attribute or GUIContent
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open the 'LayerMaskBug' Scene
3. In the Hierarchy select the 'LayerMask Test'
4. Observe the label of the second property of the Layer Mask Test component
5. Hover with the mouse cursor over the label of the second property
Expected result: The label of the second property is 'This Label does not work!' and the tooltip is 'This Tooltip does not work either!'
Actual result: The label of the second property is 'Wrapped', the property has the default tooltip
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a2, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.2.0a3
Notes:
- The issue is reproducible with both Tooltip and the tooltip that is set with GUIContent
- The issue is reproducible with labels set with GUIContent
