Launcher screen hangs on Loading... on spotty wifi connection
Unity 2018.2.0a8 Editor is unable to start on spotty wifi connection. Screen hangs on Loading... forever. Disabling wifi will not work. Launcher screen hangs. This made the Editor very hard to work with during our offsite.
