Last added projects instead of last modified projects are replaced with newly added projects
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Add 40 different projects to Project List
3. Add 1 unique project to Project List
4. Observe Project List
Expected result: Last modified project is replaced with newly added project
Actual result: Last added project is replaced with newly added project
Reproducible with: Hub 2.4.3
Note: This issue creates confusion where projects are being removed even though they had been recently worked on

We have confirmed the issue, however the fix for it will not be prioritized in the near future therefore closing this ticket. This ticket may be reopened if priorities changes.
