Lense Flare stays on top of the volumetric clouds when TAA Anti-aliasing is not used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “FlareBug“
2. Open the Scene “Assets/OutdoorsScene”
3. Open the Game view
4. Inspect the flare
Expected result: The flare stays behind the clouds
Actual result: Clouds are in the back of the flare
Reproducible with: 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.8f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.45f1 (The type or namespace name 'LensFlareComponentSRP' could not be found)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Note: Issue is not reproducible only when TAA Anti-aliasing is used
