Green highlight for selected panel lacks contrast when Editor theme is set to Light
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Make sure Editor Theme is set to light
3. Open UI Toolkit Debugger window
4. Select a panel (for example > AppStatusBar or ConsoleWindow)
5. Make sure to select Root element in debugger window
6. Press on “Show Layout” button
7. Observe highlighted panel
Actual results: light green highlight lacks contrast, highlight is difficult to see in light Editor theme
Expected results: highlighted panel is not difficult to see in light Editor theme
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.8f1, 6000.2.0b6
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon, Sequoia 15.5
