Green highlight for selected panel lacks contrast when Editor theme is set to Light
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create new Unity project
2. Make sure Editor Theme is set to lightweight
3. Open UI Toolkit Debugger window
4. Select a panel (for example > AppStatusBar or ConsoleWindow)
5. Make sure to select Root element in debugger window
6. Press on “Show Layout” button
7. Observe highlighted panel

*Actual results:* light green highlight lacks contrast, highlight is difficult to see in light Editor theme
*Expected results:* highlighted panel is not difficult to see in light Editor theme
