Korean characters are not visible in the Inspector when viewing script component
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-113404_2436697_componentInspectorKr”
2. Open “SampleScene”
3. Select “GameObject” in the Hierarchy
4. Observe the Inspector
Expected result: Script component displays Korean symbols in the Inspector
Actual result: Script component does not display Korean symbols in the Inspector
Reproducible with: 6000.0.43f1, 6000.0.54f1 (4c506e5b5cc5), 6000.0.56f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a4
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.53f1, 6000.3.0a6
Fixed in: 6000.0.44f1, 6000.3.0a5 (36d7e9fd6645)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
