Keystore file location validity for Android builds is not checked at the start of the build
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new project
2. Create new Keystore
3. Move the file to another directory
4. Attempt to build
-- Error that the keystore file was not found is done in late stages of the build
Expected behaviour: If keystore file is not found the building is cancelled immediately
Reproduced on: 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a7
Fixed in: 2018.1.0a7
