KeyNotFoundException and Burst compiler fail when compiling a build
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build the project
3. See the console for the error (see attached screenshot)
Reproducible with: 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.2f1, 2019.2.0b1, 2019.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.26f1 (Burst compiler is not compatible)
Reproducible with : 1.0.0-preview.12 - 1.0.2 Burst package
Actual results: KeyNotFoundException is thrown
Expected results: no errors
