Key bound action is canceled when pressing "E" key
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s project
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene
3. Press play and then press escape to open Keybinds window
4. Select any action and try to assign the E key as an input
Expected result: E key can be assigned to any action
Actual result: When the E key is pressed the bounding action is canceled
Reproducible with: 1.3.0 (2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.6f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.2.0 (2020.3.37f1), 1.4.1 (2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.13f1, 2022.2.0b4, 2023.1.0a5)
Reproducible on: macOS 12.5
