Regression
Yes
It is possible to select both properties and transitions/states in the Animator window at the same time
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (ANIMATOR TRANSITION DELETE.zip)
2. Select the "New Bool" property in Animator Window
3. Select the transition between New State and New State 0
4. Observe that both property and transition are selected which can lead to some undesirable behaviors (try pressing Delete key on the keyboard)
Expected: you should not be able to have both properties and transitions/states selected at the same time
Reproduced in 2017.3.0a1, 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0b7, 2018.2.0a1
Did not reproduce in 2017.2.1p4
Regression introduced in 2017.3.0a1
