it is not obvious how to make a new group
-e: the only way to do that is to rightclick on the master element in the Groups list
-repro:
--create new mixer
--imagine a novice user trying to find out how to make new groups?
--I was expecting an option when right-clicking the Master in the mixer area itself and when right-clicking empty space in the mixer area.
--clicking on the master in the Groups was my last try
