IsPressed() keeps returning true when it was true before minimizing the build window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/SampleScene
3. Build and Run the project
4. Minimize the running build by pressing Alt+Tab
5. Return to the build
6. Observe the text
Expected result: both keys return false (not pressed)
Actual result: Alt key returns true (pressed)
Reproducible with: 1.1.0-preview.3, 1.1.0-pre.5, 1.1.0-pre.6 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a6)
Notes: reproduces only in builds on Windows
