[iOS][Vuforia][Windows] Exception is thrown when building iOS project with Vuforia's plugin
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "Vuforia iOS.zip" and open in Unity
2. In the player settings for iOS, in XR Settings enable Virtual Reality Supported, set Vuforia as the only Virtual Reality SDK
3. From player settings Add a Camera usage description and set the minimum iOS version to 9.0, as requested from Vuforia
4. Build the project
Expected Result: Unity successfully builds project
Actual Result: Project build fails and Exception, that is shared in Comments field, is thrown
Notes:
- This issue appears only on Windows
Reproduced on Unity 2017.2.0b10. 2017.2.2f1, 2017.3.1p3, 2018.1.0b10 and 2018.2.0a3
