[iOS] Visual Effect Graph is not displayed on some iOS devices

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_81043” project
2. Build project on the device
3. Observe the Player

Expected result: Visual Effects visible in the Player
Actual result: Visual effects not visible in the Player

Reproducible with: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.39f1, 6000.0.12f1
