[iOS][Video] Transcoded videos are not loaded automatically when URL Video Player is opened before
Steps to reproduce:
# Open the attached project
# Go to File > Build Settings and make sure that iOS Platform is selected
# Build and Run
# In the app press the "Previous Scene" button and notice that the video is played automatically
# By pressing Previous Scene to navigate to the URL video
# Press the Next Scene button again
# Observe the Transcoded Videos Scene
Expected result: Video plays automatically
Actual result: Video doesn't play automatically

Not reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0a15
