[iOS][Video] Transcoded videos are not loaded automatically when URL Video Player is opened before

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the attached project
  2. Go to File > Build Settings and make sure that iOS Platform is selected
  3. Build and Run
  4. In the app press the "Previous Scene" button and notice that the video is played automatically
  5. By pressing Previous Scene to navigate to the URL video
  6. Press the Next Scene button again
  7. Observe the Transcoded Videos Scene

Expected result: Video plays automatically
Actual result: Video doesn't play automatically
