[iOS] Using WebCamTexture.GetPixels to capture a photo doesn't work when building for iOS device
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Open the "WebCam" project
2. Go to File > Build Profiles and select iOS Profile
3. Build an Run to the device
4. In the app press "02_GetPixels_Test"
5. Click on the "Semi-Automatic Test Framework" toggle at the very top to disable the UI overlay
6. Point the WebCam to anything and press GetPixels button
*Actual results:* After clicking the button nothing happens
*Expected results:* The WebCamTexture view at the time of clicking the button is captured and displayed on the bottom half of the screen
*Reproducible with versions:* 2023.3.0a8, 2023.3.0b10, 6000.0.0b16
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.26f1, 2023.2.20f1, 2023.3.0a7
